The item was not as described. The title said "Finished needlepoint" It arrived with an unfinished row, and a rusty needle. It is impossible to find the same color blue yarn to finish it. Otherwise the needlepoint is nice looking, but it is not stretched evenly. That will present a problem on my project. I referred my Daughter to the seller to purchase an item. The seller accepted her bid for $19.00 but rejected mine. I had task her 3 times to charge 1 shipping as it went to the same place. She

Sorry for your frustration. The description clearly states: "this piece is ready to be framed as is or could have an extra line or two in order to complete the left side - please see photos." The last photo clearly shows this. It is a vintage piece - it might be imperfect. The price difference between the two items reflected other bids I received for your piece. Shipping overage was refunded the next business day. As for communication - it was the weekend, Super Bowl Sunday. Sorry again.
