The mop handle is a bit on the short side ( I'm only 5 feet tall ) and does not feel sturdy. The bucket when filled with water is not balanced and I spilt quite a bit over my floor . That said it does the job it is intended for .

Could have been a bit more carefully packaged if I'm being honest. However, had the item been usable it was good value for money. The seller was very quick to respond to my messages and refunded me promptly with no argument. Would recommend this seller as I have purchased other items from them for brilliant value that arrived with no issues. Thanks so much!

I thought the item was good value for money when taking into account postage and packing was included in the price. Although it was advertised as free delivery in 2 days it did take longer than that to arrive, almost certainly down to Evri, it probably would have arrived on time using Royal Mail, the item arrived in good condition in a sturdy box. I would still recommend the seller.
