    I purchased 2 x candles, The frankincense & Myrrh one was a gift, when it arrived the wax had shrunk around the wick & across the middle. I was informed I could exchange it but there was no mention as to who would pay postage costs. I decided to keep it for myself as it was near Xmas and give the other candle as the gift. I lite the candle on Xmas day & it went out 2 mins later, this continued for another 2 times. I sent a further message but no one bothered to respond
