The shipping was great. It was packed very securely and arrived sooner than expected. The chiller worked good but ended up being to small for my hydroponics system. With the pump and the lights I needed something bigger. Their customer service was fantastic. They responded within hours with some good ideas to try but I had already ordered a larger unit. They emailed me a prepaid UPS shipping label the next day. My credit card was refunded the full amount including shipping. Very happy.
