They accidentally sent me a hosta instead of the fig tree that I ordered but seller could not have been any quicker to respond and to rectify their mistake. Very clear communication throughout.
I've ticked that the item arrived on time because the first parcel did arrive at the expected time (it just didn't have the expected content, lol). Second parcel also arrived within a week, so I would deal with this seller again.
Fig tree was also securely packed so it did not get damaged.
