The contract between AW Motorcycle Parts and you (The buyer) will be binding at point of payment in full for the goods and shipping/handling charge.
 
Buyers Contact Information
All buyers must have up to date address and contact number, this will allow us to deal with problems and resolve any issues, negative feedback received where we are unable to contact the buyer due to incorrect or incomplete information will be removed.
 
Despatch Time
We endeavour to send all items out within 1 (One) working day from receipt of payment for goods, payment received in full including any shipping handling charge.
 
Delivery Service
Items are ALWAYS dispatched either with proof of postage (low value item, under 2kg) Royal Mail 24 (1stclass) or via recorded courier service (items over 2kg or high value) If the item's value comes to more than £40 or weighs more than 2kg and comes within the following postcodes there will be a surcharge AB31-56,IV1-63,KW1-17,PA20-78,PH4-50,KA27-28,HS ALL,ZE ALL,BT ALL, CHANNEL ISLANDS & ISLE OF WIGHT. what an absolutely brilliant company and an even better fella running it. I bought new clutch plates for my bike when they arrived I soaked them in oil as the book says then when the bike was stripped they turned out to be not the right ones so I contacted the company and their main man Rich said he was really sorry but he couldn't do anything about the plates because of the oil which I understood so I got some items £11 over the price and rich said not to worry have it on me great ebayer thanks

    R&G heated grips

    Once fitted these are good grips with a good range of heat settings but they are not simple to fit. You need to remodel the original twist grip after taking off the rubber, otherwise the new grip won't go over. You need a rough file to do this. Panels also need to be a least loosened to feed the cables to the battery (this is the easy option). If you going it alone look at YouTube on how to do it first, better still, get a friendly bike mechanic to fit ?

    Pretty good for the price but there are better.

    Quick delivery, clear instructions and easy to fit. Quality seems really good, if they were the grips I’d had then I’d probably give it 5*, however compared to other brands, they take longer to heat up and do not get as hot.

    Good buy, but care needed in fitting.

    Half the price of some makes yet decent quality and instructions. Beware though of hasty fitting. Take your time, it can be fiddly getting the old ones off unless you don't want to save them and just cut them off. Warm the bar ends to soften the threadlock before using the screwdriver. And a rubber mallet is useful to tap the new ones on. Overall a good purchase and they really work.

    RG not so hot grips

    After good reviews I thought I would put a pair on my fireblade winter hack. Easy to install and done in a few minutes ,no issues, hard wired live after ignition for obvious reasons. Upon first use I find they are nowhere near as good as the Oxford intelligent hot grips on my MT01 which are so unbelievably hot that I can never use more than 50% for a few minutes. Reckon I could wrap bacon on them and could cook it by the time I get half way to work. RG are reasonably warm in comparison so I guess you get what you pay for. Overall they do the job and are priced as a budget level.

    Good value for money, fitted on a Super Duke 1290 Gen 3 no problem.

    Excellent value for money, the switch looks nicer than the main competitor... not at hot as model specific heated grips I've had before, but about the same as any after market ones I've fitted in the past... i.e. I don't think these will ever get hot enough on the hottest setting you have to turn them down as your hands feel like they are getting sore with the heat! But easy to fit, good instructions and for the price, can't be beaten.
