Beware!
Paid VAT via Ebay on ordering but seller did not print the necessary VOEC number on package.
So had to pay VAT again and charges more than the price of goods..
When making claim seller simply stated "we do not include that".
Obviously did not know their obligations, nor willing to make refund.
So stay away if you are importing to your country, there are many other sellers in China who know their obligations.
