Oh no! We have done our best to send you the Plants by Frank product that fully meets your wishes. Unfortunately, this does not appear to be the case. What now?

You have 14 days to cancel your order and return it. The sooner you can return our products, the greater the chance that the products will arrive in optimal condition. We kindly ask you to return products as soon as possible so that they arrive safely with us. To return products, we have a few conditions:

The product has not been used;

Communication with us about returning the product takes place within 14 days of receipt;

In the case of ordering (garden) plants, returns are excluded. This concerns living and therefore perishable goods where the exception to the right of return applies.

Happy with your product but has it arrived broken or in poor condition? Then we will provide a suitable solution, because that is not the intention! Please contact our customer service for this.

How can I best return my order?

Do you want to cancel your order? Then the purchase agreement is automatically dissolved. We would appreciate it if you could pack the products again as you received them. This way the items will be returned to us in optimal condition. Please use our shipping packaging for this.

Were you too enthusiastic and has the shipping packaging already been thrown away? Then you can return the products in a self-made shipping package. However, this is at your own risk.
