Having received the wrong item the seller responded quickly to resolve the situation. Error was due to the outer packaging showing incorrect information on the item inside. (The seller would have had to have opened the box before dispatching it. So not the sellers fault). So I ended up with a slightly different item. Usable, but not my first choice. Partial refund given. Sorted!

The item arrive with a pink defect that looks like a red dye had affected the white colour I ordered I have the issue supported with a clear photo of the item..
I was not happy with the offer of a 50% discount i wanted what i ordered ie White not pink. I asked for a replacement or a refund and have not received the customer care i expected. Although the item is low value it is not the EBay way that I expect. They gave me no option but to leave a negative feedback
