    The communicator

    This thing is awesome, and we'll made! It connects effortlessly with my phone. Better than any other gadget that connects thru bluetooth. Love the sounds. Just wish the gate flap was a little easier to get opened. As it is, you have to fumble with it. They could have put like a little groove or something, to get your finger up under it and flip it up. As it is you have to try to get your fingernail up under it to flip it up, which is darn near impossible. But once it opens up that legendary communicator 3 chirp sounds exactly like calling the Enterprise. Love it.

    Only worked twice

    Was soo looking forward to this . Only worked twice then it shut down and has never booted back up !!! Good peoples on the service end Terrible on product reliability!!!!

    Lots of fun

    I ordered the communicator for fun and nostalgia. I was not expecting a whole lot despite the reviews. My communicator works great with my iPhone. I down loaded the communicator ring tone for my iPhone for authenticity. The communicator is very good quality and it works great. It has plenty of volume unlike stated on some reviews. You have to turn up the volume on both phone and your communicator. I have both set high and it totally ok. It’s a really cool device and actually has utility. I use Siri much more now and I found using her can save time. It’s a high quality item with a very surprisingly good feature set. I bought a second one for my work phone. Recommend. Fun!

    Fantastic!

    If only they had these in 1969 when I started watching! I love it. It's authenticity and electronics are beyond anything so far. I still like the excellent toys on the market but this is a step up in overall design and quality. I was surprised by the solid metal handle. I'm not sure why they added this heavy piece. But it's great overall

    Worth the wait!

    This was definitely worth the 50 year wait, just to have a functioning communicator works great , has over a dozen sound bites (uhura, sulu, mccoy,spock, scotty & starfleet command + beeps & static) all in all its a true trekkie item. The bluetooth is perfect as well volume control perfect sound.
