  • Simple but good

Awesome graphics... Takes you back to the feelings of the olympics in a rather simple playing game. Controls are rather repetitive but fun to handle. The crowd is a bit lame as many characters move at the same time doing the same thing. It's a little too computerized in that sense. The actual game playing is good though. Esspecially the cross country skying. Doesn't take very long to understand the ocntrols. After 2 or 3 times, you get used t it!

  • Family Fun

Torino 2006 is a wonderful game for the entire family. I got it for my kids (7 years and 10 years), but the game actually made my wife not to hate the PlayStation2 anymore. Not that she loves it, but since she played for the first time, she liked the graphics. If you are looking for a family fun game for the entire family, Torino 2006 is right for you. There is no one-on-one competition, however the various events do not take so long per player. I hope it helps you in your decision.

  • Too much fun, nothing to worry about.

It takes a while to get used to the controllers but once you get the hang of it, it gets easier and easier. It is a fun game, specially when you don't know how to play the alpine ski and you fall down and tumble, you feel sorry for that character. Overall, a very good game, a challenging game and you have to pay close attention to what you do. I would recommend this to anyone who is into winter sports. I decided to buy this game, just to have fun.

  • Torino 2006

Good game for the sports freak. Not a lot of button mashing, like most other olympic video games, which makes this game stand atop the olympic game pile. Average graphics and sound. Could be a lot better but still is a fun game. I would recommend this to any sport video game nut.

  • Winter Games? Yeap kind of...

At first I thought the old times olympic style games. Lot's of cheers crowded mood (i.e. you can feel at SSX series) However, enven though Torino 2006 has simple and nice graphic designs, it feels like I am just watching the television rather than being a player inside of game. So, I would say it is recommendable for "formal" winter games mania not for everyone. It has dry sports only. :)
