The item arrived broken. I messaged the seller straight away to ask for a new one to be sent as this was birthday present for my son. The seller then offered me a partial refund of £3, £5 then £7 if i was happy to keep the broken wand. Obviously I was not. Eventually the seller agreed to send me a new item on the 3rd April. It is now the 6th May and I have no replacement item despite me messaging the seller on numerous occasions. My sons birthday has come and gone! AVOID this seller at all cost!
