      What a woman needs!!

      Since starting these multivitamin last year I have been feeling relatively energetic and avoided most coughs and colds. I taken them regularly at the same time as my other medication. I feel good on them, no creaky bones and still have a spring in my step. I would recommend them to women as they age, it just gives your system a boost and I know I am getting the daily recommended dose of vitamins and minerals.

      Not the new packaging received

      I did received them in time , but did not come as the new packaging as it stated Disappointed as in my head Iā€™m taking old tablets but they are in date Take this vitamins because they do work and happy to continue to take them for some time
