Item arrived damaged with product squashed and squeezed out of the sides so all individual packs have stuck together with the wax and cant be used. Contacted seller twice, sent photos but no reply at all

Thanks for feedback, email was sent on a weekend of which we are not opened on weekends. From message it was confirmed it was damaged by courier as a good will gesture we posted out another replacement at no cost to the customer. Thanks.
