Return Buyer, and I cannot believe the British Postal Service. The first two filters that I purchased (that I was DESPERATE to receive, as 2 of my filters had broken and I was sharing one filter between 3 tanks) took TEN DAYS to get to me, and sadly I lost fish, shrimp, and snails because of it, and yet these 2 spare ones that I ordered (to stop that happening again) got here in 48hrs. Great little filters, PERFECT for 20L Nano Tanks, as they push the water well, without causing too much flow A+

Nano is certainly what it is, tiny under powered motor never got a stream flow, trickled out no matter what way I turned the flow switch, took it out as it was not making any difference at all,yet another waste of money item of eBay !
