The photo was misleading in that it wasn't the item that would be sent. Was supposed to be a mixture of short and long dyson screws. Only short ones were sent.

You ordered spare screws which was what we sent, you messaged saying you had placed two orders with us for long and short screws but in my reply I told you we only had one order from you for the spare screws. I asked what you had received but you didn't reply so it's not really possible to work out what you need, if you want to reply to my last message I can try and help you get what you need, seems a shame you would leave neutral feedback rather than reply and try to sort something out.
