We informed you that the courier company's van broke down on its way to you and therefore the mattress was delivered late. The courier company also called you in this regard and you agreed for the delayed delivery. Furthermore, we gave you £10 discount as you had to wait for the delivery. We also upgraded your mattress fabric as goodwill gesture. We did everything to address the delayed delivery issue by giving you discount, apologising for the van break down and upgrading your mattress fabric.
