Seller was very good at communicating when I had questions and mattress was exactly what was expected based on photos. Would recommend buying sheets that are extra deep (we bought 30 cm deep sheets and they are just barely enough)

We sold 4 Latex Pillow-top mattresses recently and received 2 positive feedback so far and awaiting a feedback from a customer. You gave us your neutral feedback without even opening the packing bag and feeling its luxurious comfort and support. You mentioned in your message "The wrapping hasn't been removed and will be returned as it was received." Furthermore, we informed you that the courier company would collect on Wednesday if they can't do earlier. You said the property is empty as well.
