Tires are not eligible for a return if they were already glued on the wheel (tubular) or mounted with sealant (tubeless ready).

-An explanation of the issue.

-A photo or video of the item showing proof of the issue and providing tire details (model, construction and size).

-Technical info including rim details (brand, type, year, sizes), sealant (if used) and pressure.

-Proof of purchasing through the eBay website

2- We will send you a confirmation email of your request.

3- If your request fulfills the above criteria within 14 days you will receive a return authorization email.

4- Package the item carefully to ensure the content will not be damaged during shipment.
