Very disappointed in what was sent. Shoes arrived today with both shoes and laces stretched out considerably. See picture. What was sent is not indicative of the quality of On shoes that I have bought from local shoe stores. I would have rather paid the higher price from the local store to get a product that is not sub-par to On's normal quality.
