A completely unusable item was sent I asked for a gay horseshoe and was not told this could not be done I have since had the correct item with no trouble at all from another supplier I have contacted these people and they refuse to give me my money back or take any responsibility

Da*n right the seller doesn't take any responsibility, you received the item you ordered, perhaps if you bothered to ask if a master model would be changed prior to ordering (which evidently would have been a NO), that may have been a little more intelligent.
As for *asking*, told you to send a copy of the Convo which you couldn't do, think that speaks volumes about a self entitled person not responsible for THEIR own mistake.
