I ordered the right model number for the laptop I have, but apparently that laptop number has 2 similar types of batteries. The shipping was prompt, but the battery connection cable was in the wrong place MY laptop. I sent a return request, along with a picture of the problem, and received an almost immediate apology, and then they refunded my full price and waived the return requirement. I did not have to pay for the return shipping. Yes, there was a problem, but the response was perfect!.
