Hello,
I received my dehumidifier today. I bought it for a family member to exactly match the one I recently bought.
I thought bought a HOmeLabs 4 500 Sq. FT Energy Star like the one you sold me but the cardboard box is much smaller than my unit. I didn't take it out of the box yet but I'm sure you sent the wrong one. I am hopeful I can get the one that I actually ordered. Please let me know how we can resolve this.
