Unfortunately these headphones arrived faulty with no sound from left hand side out of the box. Support was prompt and helpful. However there was no local fix possible. Seller accepted return and refunded quickly. The only criticism is that original packing was poor with product box floating loose inside another box with no void fill to cushion the product. Also , I asked on two occasions to receive a replacement this ddi not happen and now the price has been hiked for some reason.
