Item was faulty upon arrival but seller was fair and responded quickly to approve my refund request. However, as the item was not packaged appropriately for transit (lacking in padding to sufficiently cushion and protect the item when processed by the courier), I feel that the inconvenience and potential stress caused for both parties involved in the sale and receipt of the item could have possibly been avoided if the item was packaged more appropriately.
