The game came unopened condition was like new, however, i heard a rattle in the case. I opened it today and found the game to be loose in the box. This caused the game disc to be scratched pretty bad.

The game sent out was brand new, sealed in manufacturing plastic, impossible for us to see the condition of content inside the case.
There was no rattle when this item was shipped, the disc must have gotten dislodged during shipment
