1/ description said 2 pieces, only one arrived and they were rude when I contacted them 2/ tax was added on to the price which is not advertised or declared. 3/ item was so tightly coiled in smallest packet ever, damage was done to a couple of the spikes and it took a week for item to uncoil 4/ when you ask for a refund, they keep sending stupid emails offering part refund, 30% only. Waste of time and money!
