    Difficult Seller. Product immediately ripped. Seller was unprofessional when handling the return details. I asked for a usps qr code. They copied and pasted a qr code that clearly did not work. I am disabled dependent on CCT transport. They knowingly cost my $ & aggravation. Counterproductive to any business model of having a good reputation, excellent product = increased profits.

    We sent the return shipping label on the first day as you requested according to eBay policy. Moreover, because you claimed there was a problem with the product we couldn't manage your return without eBay's intervention which caused the process to take 2 weeks instead of the usual 2 days.
