My Probiotics gamble
I have had numerous stomach problems for years that as I got older have became more of an irritation no pun intended . I had read a small bits on prebiotic which of o am honest just added to my confusion. Excellent value for money and a good aid to improving your digestion
Natures Zest is excellent value for money as you get 6 months’ supply. I have only been taking them for 2 weeks but my digestion has improved considerably. They taste o.k. too. I would not hesitate to recommend this product.
