The item I have listed had changed price from my supplier after the buyer had bought it. I had mentioned this to the buyer as I would therefore not be able to carry out the order. I gave them an option of receiving a full refund or paying a higher price so I could carry the order out. I do not think it's fair for them to defame my brand by leaving this negative feedback as I even offered them full refund when I even have refunds off for all purchases as it is an inconvenience for me.
