    Excellent.

    I add 1 oz to 7 oz of Rose water into a spray bottle and use it as often as I like to refresh and hydrate my skin, set my makeup (if any). Used full strength on a cotton roll this is a perfect skin conditioner, immense hydration. No need to spend $80 for a jar at a department store for all day hydration. BIG HINT, those expensive jars, contain THIS product for hydration!
