Quick delivery & plants have lots of loose leaves, have to see how the develop, there were snails but I’ve learned to isolate & treat with ESHA Aquarium Fish Tank Snail Killer Gastropex before putting in the tank, the packing was “makeshift” and the main protection was stapled plastic tray, paper & the outer plastic bag, Could learn from other suppliers. (Example: See last photo of another suppliers box)

Excellent, very well packaged with a heat pak and all alive and well. Great comms, Post took two days without tracking and not special delivery as the postage costs allures to so you are paying double the price of delivery.

Thank you for your feedback. I would like to clarify the delivery cost. The amount of £8.38 includes eBay taxes, specifically £1.2. Additionally, it covers packaging expenses: a sturdy plastic PET bottle (£0.5), pure oxygen (£1.25), which is necessary to ensure the fish arrives in good condition, as well as box and insulation (£1.40). Post service fee is £4.20. We also do not include the cost of re-shipping, as 99% of our fish are delivered in perfect condition.

Excellent communication. All fish arrived in good shape and as advertised. 2 females look pregnant, and there was one small baby on arrival. Was packaged really well with a nice little surprise of floating water plants. Will buy again and would highly recommend.
