    As usual excellent customer service and communications by the seller. Order was promptly despatched, but delivery was slower than usual. Given value of order I would have welcomed tracking. Delivery by Royal Mail was slow and package was damaged (see photos) - contents not affected happily. Was it covered by insurance? Although supposed to be signed for, the package was simply put through the letterbox with other mail. Not satisfactory, but not the seller's fault. Good value for money.
