Customs was a nightmare, but seller was great and communicated well. When a super long time went by, they offered to refund me in the event that I never received the item. Item came today! I have ordered from this seller a few times and never had a customs issue. I think I was just unlucky. Card is excellent exactly as described and was a great price. I have 5 stars for shipping time because it made it to the USA super fast. Customs was the hold up which had nothing to do with the seller.
