Item was certainly not the same as the picture or description . This is misleading deliberately. Contacted seller who initially questioned this, then offered a partial refund, I declined. Offered full refund if I returned item. I don't have time for visits to the post office so accepted £11. The description has been partially amended, the word woollen removed. This company are making money on postage and should be looked into. See other people's reviews that say the same. Postage was NOT £2.99

Wrong colour sent, seller refused a return, even though it clearly states there is a returns window. Apparently "returns are too expensive". They are registered as UK seller, so this should not be the case - I was then told they "were moving warehouses so it was not a good time". As item was sent tracked, I had no apparent way to escalate it. Had to settle for 50% refund and told to give away or sell the jumper I didn't order in the first place. Seller clearly not UK as stated.
