looks good but hard to assemble
I will start by the positives : it feels sturdy(although I have added extra support to it ) , it looks great , I paid a fair price for it compared to garden centers in my area. It arrived on time (see below) Negatives: This pergola has really poor assembly instructions , the position of the poles is paramount and there are no clear instructions on how to do this , the seat is not easy to attach to the poles and there is no indication as to how high it should be but once you work this out its easier . There are NO pre drilled holes , which means a lot of drilling and effort to assemble it despite the website claiming its easy to assemble. I think the lack of pre drilled holes should be stated in the add. The dimensions are wrong !! The width of each side section (where the trellis ... Because of the much cheaper price and the way it looks , I would recommend it but only if you have some good DIY skills, tools and help I would suggest to the supplier to make a video on how to assemble this and to correct the dimensions , it will get you more customers!

Not worth the money spent
The instructions for building this are terrible. There are no guide pilot holes for the item and the wood is very flimsy. The trellis has snapped in several places and the wood looks like it has weak points that may just snap /crack also. I was under the impression that this was a quick build set but it is not. I would advise buying a more substantial set that actually has build instructions.

Decent enough quality wise, but no pre drilled holes for screws!! So it was difficult to determine where to drill, for the best result. The quality of the wood for the seat is quite poor!
