Although marked as despatched on 22 July, the item wasn’t actually despatched until 31 July,meaning I paid £5 for courier delivery that took 11 days to arrive. Seller only told me they’d been away on holiday after I queried the delay. Item packaging was acceptable but the delivery delay was not.

It’s amusing that this seller’s feedback in response to my comments about delayed despatch was “Definitely a Karen”. If they didn’t despatch the item for 9 days after I paid for it, they should have just said so rather than mark it as despatched when the tracking showed that it hadn’t been. Definitely a fibber.
