My item arrived broken..The packaging was low quality therefore not able to make the safe journey to me.Very disappointed.
Only a cheap item so not worth the inconvenience of refund/return.Next time I purchase breakable items I will choose my seller more carefully.

If this item had arrived broken then why didn’t the buyer contact me for a refund. Contrary to what the buyer claims, the goods were well wrapped and the parcel arrived intact as the Royal Mail proof of delivery photo showed. This buyer has left defamatory feedback for no good reason.
