Los gastos de envío y recogida en caso de devolución correrán por tu cuenta.

Desguaces Alcalá ofrece a sus clientes exceptuando centralitas o componentes electrónicos, o estarán sujetas a lo aceptado en los libros de garantía según tipo de material el plazo mínimo de 1 año de garantía según el real decreto legislativo 1/2007 . Si durante el periodo de garantía se producen averías deberá avisar y entregar el bien objeto de garantía a Desguaces Alcalá, que evaluara la pieza y procederá a su cambio o a la devolución del importe. Si la pieza no es defectuosa entregará vale por valor de la misma canjeable en piezas en stock. La garantía no cubre mano de obra, defectos, desperfectos ocasionados por el fallo de la pieza, mal montaje o por no seguir los mantenimientos indicados por el fabricante de la misma. Todo el recambio tiene un tiempo de devolución máximo de 7 días, siempre que no esté manipulado y se presente la factura que lo acredite, pasados los mismos no se aceptará devoluciones. Según Art.18 R.D. 782/98 desarrollo de la Ley11/97 de Envases y Residuos de Envases. El responsable de la entrega del residuo de envase/s usado para la correcta gestión ambiental será el poseedor final.

Para realizar dicha devolución debes de saber que:

1. El producto debe estar en perfectas condiciones y en su embalaje original.

2. El producto no puede haber sido montado en el vehículo.

3. El producto no debe haber sido manipulado y conserva sus precintos de garantías.

4. No puedes utilizar el embalaje del recambio como paquete postal; no pegues directamente sobre el cartón del recambio la orden de expedición porque nuestra empresa puede que no acepte el producto.

5. Según el estado del recambio devuelto (incompleto, dañado, embalaje en mal estado), el reembolso podría ser rechazado.

6. Lógicamente, si el producto no era el solicitado o tiene algún defecto, esta garantía lo incluye.

Una vez que recibamos la mercancía en nuestros almacenes y comprobemos que se dan todas las condiciones anteriores, Desguaces Alcalá admitirá la devolución del producto y se procederá al reintegro de su importe conforme a la modalidad de pago realizada, y en su caso, al envío del nuevo producto.
