    An essential help in calming people that suffer with insomnia and anxiety this herb is great for people, horses, dogs to ease their anxiety Dogs with separation anxiety can really benefit from this to calm and support them when distressed , horses of a nervous disposition will also benefit just speak to an equine herbalist for relaxant information (this must not be used on competition horses as it gives unfair advantage) wonderful herb ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    My has been so poor due to stress over two years. Rather than GP prescribed sleeping tablets I decided to try the Valerian capsules. For the last 4 nights I take 2 capsules and also a Valerian tea an hour before I go to bed. They are working brilliantly and I have no problem now drifting off to sleep.
