Super fast shipping and personalized note made completion of transaction positive. One listing flaw, though, the shoes are not black/white, they are navy/white. I specifically wanted black and white oxfords so a bit disappointed in that. They are comfortable and leather quality is tolerable and the shoes are like new for pre-owned. But all in all, a good purchase in spite of rather exorbitant shipping cost.
