Another seller not providing IOSS causing both a second VAT payment and admin fee by me to my postal service. Seller replied to my email that this is "not borne by us" and "sorry for inconvenience ". Ebay very unhelpful and confused again regarding IOSS. VAT will hopefully be refunded. As for admin cost Ebay rep said she would contact seller. If seller refused Ebay might cover it and would phone me a few days ago. No call ... just silence from Ebay to their "valued customer". Poor "help" again
