Helpful in picking up the item, very small damage due to staff dismantling and packing.
I paid them well and paid over the price because of damage and arranging transportation.
It does make the hole process feel neutral but can not morally leave neutral feedback, thus I nock them one star on description.

Very poor experience - they cancelled my order soon after purchase, saying that the item was sold out (despite the listing being less than two hours old when I bought it). I believe they mispriced the item and cancelled the order rather than selling it for the price they listed. Beware that if you find a good deal on their eBay shop, they won't honour it. Very poor practice to renege on a sale because you mispriced the item, and doesn't speak well for their ethics as a company.

Bed had sold in our store the same day. I apologised profusely to the buyer who threatened us with negative feedback if we did not supply the bed, which we couldn't do as we no longer had it available. Offered to let him know as soon as we get another in, but would not accept that either.
