First HitBox welding helmet received was damaged although the outer box had no indication of any damage. Contacted the seller who immediately responded and arranged a replacement helmet to be sent out. Kept me informed by email throughout this process. Excellent customer service. I would definitely use this seller again.

I am going to keep this positive (despite warnings for the product supplier to note) as the product is great for this price. The transaction was very good with regular updates leading up to and including the delivery.
I do have to warn of a safety issues though. The 13 amp plug came fitted with a 13amp fuse but it had a thick copper wire soldered across the terminal. This was not mentioned anywhere in the packaging.
