Logitech were most helpful in assisting me with my issues with the new M240 Silent Bluetooth Wirless Mouse. Unfortunatly, this model is not compatable with windows version(s) 10/11, Micirosoft helpdesk also had other users expressing issues with finding on their laptop "Device settings or swift pair" it cannot find bluetooth on your laptop to mouse. So, unforutnaly I had to send this item back. Check your settings under devices and check you have these two features before purchase.
