Item received quickly but unfortunately upon opening the box there were several manufacturing faults. After contacting the seller with pictures of the faults I was responded to quickly and politely with a full refund being offered.

Unfortunately after providing positive feedback the seller will now not refund my money as I was informed they would. I have contacted them numerous times asking how to return the item but they stated the item didn't need returning.
I have now started a returns procedure which I obviously should have done in the first place instead of dealing directly with the seller.
I now realise I have been a little naive in providing feedback before sorting a return.
Won't happen again!

This is the worst seller I have ever met.I got 10rol wallpaper and I didn't even think to look at the batch numbers on them..but when I put up the last one I then noticed it was a totally different shade and had a pink look more than silver..I showed picture to seller and asked if could at least part refund but he was adamant I had to send item back but how could I when it was then stuck on the wall..no refund and lost £100..rude an disrespectful and even ebay cldnt help cos he wanted item back
