Service up to the point of receiving the item was very good. The item was very poorly made and not symmetrical at all. For the price I would highly recommend finding an alternative provide for this product. The seller agreed to replace the item and pleaded with me to close the return and as soon as I had I got ghosted. Then when the seller did come back to me and ask for photos they said it was a handmade product and they were all the same. I have a number of these and the others are perfect
