There was a delay in receiving this item but that was the fault of the Courier not the supplier. The item did what it said but it did not record, just monitor in real time, so I was disappointed and returned it as I would have had hassle inserting a hard drive and did not know which to fit. Seller communicated with me and agreed the return and I await a refund. From the images it showed through my cameras, it seemed an adequate piece of kit if you do not want to record.
