Only issue found to date is the propane inlet connector was not secure therefore when the inlet gas pipe was connected a spanner could not be used without rotating the union in the side panel. If not discovered an inexperienced operator could have damaged the internal flexible pipe had they not been aware the union assembly was rotating.
