Have been in contact with the seller 3 times with a detailed complaint and photos but received no redress.. The carrier arrived with 2 wheels, not 4. There are CLEAR FIXING POINTS FOR FOUR WHEELS. Without these, it is not stable and the front rests on the floor instead of standing upright. They deny that it needs four wheels, have offered me 16% off and insultingly suggest I sell it or give it to a friend!! The only alternative offered is to return it and pay the full cost. Very upset
